All mockup purchases receive a pdf file that contains a link to a google drive folder where your purchased mockup files are stored

No. The google drive folders contain the files individually rather than packaged as a complete zip file which should help eliminate any issues with internet connectivity speeds.

Everything is priced in US dollars but exclude VAT or taxes where applicable.

If you’ve created an account at login, then simply log into your account on our website and find your order details.
If not, flick us through an email with the name and email you purchased the mockup under and we can re-send you the file.
